Our Philosophy

Fishing For Answers consultants will provide clients with guidance, education and objective feedback. The Fishing For Answers philosophy declares that consulting engagements are only truly productive when the client is actively involved in the project.

For that reason, Fishing For Answers expects clients to implement and execute strategies themselves while involved in a project. The consultant assigned to the engagement will be additionally responsible for some of the work, but acts primarily as a source of guidance and advice-a "hands-off" approach to enhance client learning and independent implementation.
